My poor baby...she saw the Vet yesterday, looks like it's Vistibular Syndrome! Hopefully it's the kind that goes any in a couple of weeks and not the severe kind! My worry is that she's lost 10 lbs in a very short time and refuses to eat. Yesterday she had a shot and I have meds to give her today & tomorrow. She is a little more stable on her feet, but her head is tilted. Hopefully that won't be permanent. After refusing bacon, scrambled eggs, she took a dixie cup of vanilla Haagen-Dazs. I made chicken vegetable soup for her yesterday, she's not interested in it today. It's a wait and see. In the meantime...Keep on Punchin.

CABIN & CEDAR TREE
This is the view of little log cabin from the back door of my COOPERAGE. It's empty now, but I'm thinking in a few years I'll move my studio here. It's a gray day here and I've been off to the post office to mail out orders, and over to Walgreens to get dramamine less drossy for Hattie. She's had some kind of episode. On Christmas night everything was normal, but on Monday morning she could not walk straight, keep falling over. She was disoriented. It was awful. Been on the phone with the Vet who thinks it might be something called Visticular Syndrome? Hopefully by Friday, I'll be able to get her up in the Jeep and then to the Vet. Keep on punchin.

LAST OF THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER
Deadlines are looming and I'm in denial. Actually I've got everything done but the paperwork. The worst part for me, but the end is in site so I decided I'd play a little with Kathy Brown's Morie Tweedy Wool for a couple of pups. Love the look, I combined it with Valdani's P1 Old Brick for their red collars. Keep on punchin.

AUGUST BONNET GIRL
This AUGUST BONNET GIRL is one of my favorite, a little nudie fishing under a starry sky!
It's that time of year to gear up for the fall shows & events. I can't wait. It's my favorite time of year. But first, I'm going to the dogs with a couple of new designs plus I'm starting to punch WISE GUY, a fully punched stand up version of WISE OLD OWL...I have a little confession to make...I've always wanted to make jointed mohair Teddy Bears...even before Boyds hit the market. I put that dream away for a while, but it surfaced after I bought a little Lotus sewing machine and watched a tutorial on how to make the very bear I've been longing to make. Yes, I've ordered all the supplies and plan to start sewing up and (punching up) a few Beasts. In the mean time keep on punchin.
