STRAWBERRY FEST

It's a gorgous day in downtown Cedarburg. White tents filled with goodies line the streets. Strawberries, short cakes, and (yes) even strawberry brats are for sale on every corner! I'm in my studio overlooking the scene and demoing punchneedle to all those who wander up the steps. keep on punchin.

It's that time of year, when we think of places to go and new things to see. It always amases me how well we can survive without our all clad pots and pans, Chicago cutlery, Vita mixers, and microwave ovens. What no cell service? IT SEEMS LIKE ONLY YESTERDAY

Bonnie and I were packing up for the TNNA show in Nashville. The fall show is in Baltimore and only 2 months away! Yikes. I have so many patterns I want to get ready for the show, and so little time. Oh well I've always said if it wasn't for the the last minute, I'd never get anything done! Keep on stitchin!

SUMMER IN CEDARBURG

The sun is out and it's a warm wonderful day in downtown Cedarburg. I'll be heading for my studio to spend a few hours as soon as I finish stitching September Bonnet Girl. Then on to making up some Strawberrie Pins. The festival is fast approaching. (June 25th & 26th) It will be the first time my studio will open and I'm not sure what to expect... I've heard over 100,000 people attend! Keep on stitchin.
