CANDY MAN might look familiar...He's the new improved CANDY MAN or Gen 2 if you prefer.  I've redesigned him to be a little bigger and fuller as to match the Santas.  I'll be creating a Gen 2 of HOLLY HART next.  Stay strong punchers, we are in uncharted territory.  Keep on punchin.

Trim 1/4" all round & baste down
Using CRYSTAL as a pattern cut out background and blanket stitch, stuff & sew up.

I watered down some Elmers glue, brushed it on and rolled CYRSTAL around in the glitter.
Going to work on a couple of other versions of this SNOWGIRL.  Keep on punchin.

Here's CRYSTAL.. a work in progress.  I've punched her up using a shorter needle length for the neck, so it's not just all run together, I outlined the arms in a grey.  Next, I'll trim her all around to about 1/4" and baste in place.  Photo's to follow.  It's a rainy day here so I'm going to stay home and work.  Will go to the post office tomorrow.  Keep on punchin.

Good morning Blogg Buddies.  It's an above freezing and sunny day in Cedarburg today.  One order to finish off and then I plan on spending the day working on a couple of ideas that have been mulling around in head for a few weeks.  Think snow people, angels & SNOWY GLITTER.  I'm basically NOT  a glitter or glue kind of girl, but I'm making an exception.  We'll see how it turns out.  I plan to keep you updated every step of the way.  The above pattern of mine was featured in Punchneedle & Prinitive Stitcher Magazine Holiday & Winter 2017.  I'm now able to sell patterns & thread kits.   Keep on punchin.

2019 let the celebration begin...Looks like another busy year and I could not be happier.  Just finished up orders and off to the post office and a few errands.  Have my new Epson printer up and running (Thank God)  I was close to frantic with out a printer for 2 days.  Finishing up my submission for the SPRING ISSUE OF PUNCHNEEDLE AND PRIMITIVE STITCHER.  Plan to spend the month working on a new standing SNOWMAN as soon as I get my Quick Books in order ( Pray for me). I'd rather have a root canal!  Keep on punchin.

NUTCRACKER'S GRANNY is finished just in time to celebrate ringing in the New Year!  So happy today, my brand new 3700 Epsom printer is up and running and corrected to my WIFI so I've been able to finish my orders and post them on Wednesday!  Now if I can just get my Quick Books organized life would be perfect.  Plan to spend January drawing up some snowmen and punching a few...Gathered lots of watercolor supplies and have not abandoned the idea of turning some of my designs into watercolor prints.  I've saved the best news til last... Hattie, Rizzo & I are going to get new puppy.  It she or he is expected to be born January 17th and will come home on March 16th.  It's another  Australian labradoodle from the Larbradoodle Corral!  Keep on punchin and Watch this space.

Almond Thumb Cookies
Blossom Cookies
CHRISTMAS TABLE...I had an entirely different day planned for today, but LIFE got in the way.  3 deigns to draw up, 3 covers to print out then off to Post orders, a stop at the bank with Rizzo where he always scores a treat, and a dash into Sendiks for lettuce, kale, a cucumber, and a jar of jam!   The problem occurred when the printer with 2 brand new ink cartridges would not PRINT.  Needless to it's the life blood of my business.  So after a couple of hours of research on line, Amazon will be delivering me a brand new Ipson (I've only had Cannons before) all in one on SUNDAY.  So hopefully I'll be able to have it up and running and printing by Monday so I can complete my orders and resume my plans!  I though this might be a good time to show you some of my Holiday decorations (most have collected over several years) and some cookies.  Happy to send any recipes please email me if you like.  Keep on punchn
