Here come the bunnies, they are marching off the drawing board onto the weavers cloth to be punched (in only the kindest way) with simply wool, sheep's silk, and sanibel mohair! Love working with these threads. This little Dutchie is going on a box top. I love little boxes, you can fill them with any number of things from notions to jelly bellies or use them to store your dreams! Keep on punchin.

JIMMINY CRICKET

It looks like snow, it tastes like snow , it must be SNOW ! Hattie and Harley could not be happier than to romp around in the white stuff. It's a mashmallow and hot chocolate kind of day. Keep on punchin.

CRUSING THE BLOGS

I remember when we used to cruse around the block, now I find myself crusing around the blogs. Today I came upon mugmump woolies blog, and there I found the most fabulous pictures of grave stone angels. I had to repost my angel pins just in case anyone missed them. Dutch Bunnies and Dutch tulips (are there any other kind?) are on the drawing board. Stay tuned. Keep on punchin.

It's Bunny Time

It's Bunny time in more ways than one...While dropping off some clothes at Family Sharing, I found a book for $1.50 titled The Bunny Years. The book was written by a former Playboy Bunny and it's not like Bunny Tales ( expose' by Gloria Steinem) but rather a where are they now kind of book. It appears many of the Bunnies went on to have very successful careers in movies, real estate, art, etc. It made me think it's time to expand my bunnies horizons to include, picnics, beach parties, and perhaps freedom fighting! CHICKIE BABIES

I couldn't help but punch up these chickie boxes. One has a blue background, and the other a brown one. The boxes were handpainted black, and brown respectively. They are 2" high, 3" in diameter. The boxes will hold a little stash of jelly beans and a whole lot of dreams . Finished boxes and patterns will be available on my etsy shop on Monday. Keep on punching.

HOME CHICKIE

Mother Nature and I both seem to be rushing Spring ... Usually in February, there's a couple of snowmen hanging around my studio, but not this year. There's bunnies, chicks, flowers and sheep! The floor is scattered with seed packages waiting to be started. HOME CHICKIE pillow and the punchneedle pattern will be up on my etsy shop early next week. Keep on punching.

A JUMBLE OF HEARTS
