IVY OUTSIDE

Here she is at 9 and 1/2 weeks old and 11 pounds.  I'm sleep deprived, snacking on cookies at 1, 2, or 3 a.m when we need to go out.  Of course I wouldn't have it any other way.  Poor Rizzo is exhausted from keep in up with her and keeping his privates safe from her!  Hattie is sleeping a lot and I'm just trying to keep her as comfortable as possible for as long as possible.  Thank God IVY naps.  I run upstairs, wash my face, brush my teeth, etc and yes I do get some punching in as well as filling orders.  HOME CHICKIE is finished and waiting to be photographed.  Goldilocks is on the drawing board.  Keep on punching.

PUNCHNEEDLE & PRIMITIVE STITCHER SPRING 2019

Good morning Blog Buddies... look for my free POPPY pattern in this 2019 Spring issue.  Just got a note from the editor that in addition to subscription, and some specialty shops, you can find the magazine at Barnes & Noble.  It's been a wild week here with the puppy.  Ivy & Rizzo are becoming pals, but Hattie my old Old English has had an awful week.  Trying to keep her as comfortable as possible for as long as possible.  I am sleep deprived, but keeping up with orders and NCAA basketball.  Everything else can wait.  I am starting to draw up Goldilocks.  She will be the 3rd in the storybook series to appear next year in PN&PS.  Keep on punchin.

MARCH MADNESS

....and the madness continues.  It was -8 this morning!  In less than 2 weeks, the new puppy coms home!  Waiting for the final pictures to make my pick!  Good new...I'm in every issue of 2019 Punchneedle & Primitive Stitcher Magazine AND my Storybook series will be in the 2020 issues!  That includes Alice & the Rabbit!  Red Riding Hood is on the frame.  I'll update puppy pictures as soon as I get them.  Hattie & Rizzo aren't sure what I mean when I say puppy, puppy is coming.  They think it's something to eat!  Keep on punchin.

ALICE & THE RABBIT

ALICE & THE RABBIT...the first in my new Storybook series.  Starting to sketch RED RIDING HOOD!  March Madness is going to be more than the Road To The Final Four in my house this year. We still have heaps of snow, and Friday March 15th is the first day of the Cedarburg Spur of the Midwest Fiber Arts Trail for 10-4.  I will be OPEN if I can get in the Studio!  The Trail continues on March 16th however I'll be closed.  It's PUPPY pick up day and no I don't know which one will be mine!  Hope to get final pictures this week.  Look for my designs in the Spring Issue of PUNCHNEEDLE & PRIMITIVE STITCHER.  Keep on punchin.
