SNOW PEOPLE

CANDY MAN & HOLLY HART get a new look.  We are expecting snow this weekend so I'll be out and about tomorrow getting a few supplies.  Planning on making some pasta & bean soup & some homemade crusty bread.  Hot cocoa sounds good, better put marshmallows on my list.
Drum Roll please SMOLDER had nine puppies on January 15th!  Here's a peak at the first pictures.  One of these little sweeties will be coming home to live with Hattie, Rizzo & Me.

ON THE FRAME CANDY MAN

CANDY MAN might look familiar...He's the new improved CANDY MAN or Gen 2 if you prefer.  I've redesigned him to be a little bigger and fuller as to match the Santas.  I'll be creating a Gen 2 of HOLLY HART next.  Stay strong punchers, we are in uncharted territory.  Keep on punchin.

CRYSTALL

 Trim 1/4" all round & baste down

 Using CRYSTAL as a pattern cut out background and blanket stitch, stuff & sew up.

I watered down some Elmers glue, brushed it on and rolled CYRSTAL around in the glitter.
Going to work on a couple of other versions of this SNOWGIRL.  Keep on punchin.

CRYSTAL ON THE FRAME

Here's CRYSTAL.. a work in progress.  I've punched her up using a shorter needle length for the neck, so it's not just all run together, I outlined the arms in a grey.  Next, I'll trim her all around to about 1/4" and baste in place.  Photo's to follow.  It's a rainy day here so I'm going to stay home and work.  Will go to the post office tomorrow.  Keep on punchin.

SHEEP BY STARLIGHT

Good morning Blogg Buddies.  It's an above freezing and sunny day in Cedarburg today.  One order to finish off and then I plan on spending the day working on a couple of ideas that have been mulling around in head for a few weeks.  Think snow people, angels & SNOWY GLITTER.  I'm basically NOT  a glitter or glue kind of girl, but I'm making an exception.  We'll see how it turns out.  I plan to keep you updated every step of the way.  The above pattern of mine was featured in Punchneedle & Prinitive Stitcher Magazine Holiday & Winter 2017.  I'm now able to sell patterns & thread kits.  www.etsy.com/shop/thecooperscottage   Keep on punchin.

JANUARY BONNET GIRL

2019 let the celebration begin...Looks like another busy year and I could not be happier.  Just finished up orders and off to the post office and a few errands.  Have my new Epson printer up and running (Thank God)  I was close to frantic with out a printer for 2 days.  Finishing up my submission for the SPRING ISSUE OF PUNCHNEEDLE AND PRIMITIVE STITCHER.  Plan to spend the month working on a new standing SNOWMAN as soon as I get my Quick Books in order ( Pray for me). I'd rather have a root canal!  Keep on punchin.
