HOME SWEET HOME

OKAY...let the magic begin!  I'm in no hurry; planning on one box at a time.  Finding lots of treasures.  There is a lot to do but it will be wonderful to have my studio in my backyard.  Stay tuned for updated pictures.  Plus working on BUNNY HOP.  Keep on punchin.

MOVIN OUT

Saying Good Bye to the Farm House Gallery at the end of this month.  It's been a good  five and a half years, but time to bring it home.  The Log Cabin behind the Cooperage will house my studio.  I'll love having everything a short walk away.  The dogs will be happy too!  Stay tuned for updated pictures of the Cabin.  Keep on punchin.

TULIP TIME ON THE FRAME

TULIP TIME is getting a new look.  I'm brightening up the palate and going to appliqué it onto a hand dyed yellow pillow. (Very Springy)   My studio is NOT done for the Midwest Fiber Arts Trail this weekend!  I may spend a couple hours in the morning on Friday downtown at the Pink Lama doing a little punching.  Hattie & Rizzo will be at the groomers.  It will be my first outing since the tumble...  Keep on punchin.

SWIMMER ON THE FRAME

Here's the latest in the WEEKENDER collection.  I'm planning to move on to bunny's after this.  I'm hobbling around a little better each day,  But if i sit too long in one position it's painful to get up!  Working on orders everyday for which I'm very grateful.  The cabin work is coming along but it's doubtful it will be ready for the MIDWEST FIBER ARTS TRAIL next weekend!  Not sure how I'm going to handle that...Stay tuned.  Keep on punchin.

"WHAT NO MORE FRENCH TOAST?"

Spoiled puppies love Sundays because they eat early in the morning and then have a little Bacon and or French Toast for Brunch.  They have been so good as I get stronger and and able to move around a little more.  However they do like to nap with me in the afternoon (a new habit  I'm going to find hard to brake)  Keep on punchin.

WEEKEND COLLECTION (so far)

WEEKEND SHOPPER & WEEKEND GARDENER...patterns are listed on Etsy and finished  pieces on Amazon Handmade.  WEEKEND SWIMMER is on my drawing board.  In the meantime work on the cabin is moving slowly.  However once it's done I'll have a lot to do getting it ready for Prime Time!  I'm moving a little better thank God.  Keeping busy with filling orders and taking care of the dogs.  Keep on punchin.

OLD WOMAN IN A SHOE

...she had so many CATS she didn't know what to do; the latest in my Nursery Rhyme Collection.  it's been a while since I've blogged and I plan to do better in the future.  I tumbled over a box and fell hard on my right leg.  Thank God I didn't fall on Rizzo who was right next to me.  Deep bruise and twisted knee (no more double or triple axles for me) made walking painful and almost impossible.  GOOD NEWS I'm on the mend.  Of course I'm walking like a penguin, but at least I'm able to walk.  the stairs are a challenge!  Work is progressing on the cabin and can't wait to get my studio relocated. I'm taking it slow and easy.  Getting lots of projects finished up.  Keep on punchin.
