SIMPLY SPRING

While we are officially into summer and with rains on the way for lots of the country you may not need to sprinkle!  However this little sprinkling can is the perfect project to stitch on a rainy day.  Gearing up for Cedarburg's Strawberry Fest this weekend.  We will be having a kick off party at the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts Friday from 4-6.  The winner of the Strawberry Challenge  will be announced and there will be refreshments.  You still have time to vote for your favorite.  There are all wonderful entries this year.  Will post some photos for you all to see.  Keep on punchin.

COLOR ME SUMMER

COLOR ME SUMMER...having fun today playing around with my new collection for Valdani..12 bright solid colors of #12 pearl cotton!  It's a top down day (that would be the mini coopers not mine) Stopped at the farmers market and bought a Holly Hock Plant & Some Zinnias.  Hope the deer don't like Zinnias!  Now it's back to play!  Keep on punchin.

PLANTING SEASON

FLOSSIE ON THE FRAME

FLOSSIEon the frame...one of these little Parti Labradoodle puppies will be coming to live with me & Hattie.  There were 5 puppies in this litter 3 boys & 2 girls.  I want a boy & have second pick so  I'm pretty sure one of these will be mine!  They just opened their eyes yesterday will be coming home the middle of July!  Time to puppy proof the house...It's a little overcast today and rain is expected.  I'll be working on my newsletter to send out today.  Keep on punchin.

JUNE BONNET GIRL
