Here's a quick little lesson on getting a a piece ready for framing. Cut a piece of 1/8" foam core about 1 inch bigger all around for finished design. Center it , pull tight using straight pins to hold in place and /or a little scotch tape. Start a one end with a song thread and lace back and forth. I remove the tape and pins as I go. Then repeat on the other side. Hope this is helpful. Off to University Days at the Wisconis Museum Of Quilts & Fiber Arts. Will be teaching DOGS & CATS MATTER punch needle class this afternoon.
