LOVE IS IN THE AIR

This cat entered my life stitchery life in November as a punch needle pattern called "Who Let The Cat Out". He reappeared in December "Believe". Now here he comes again "Love Is In The Air"! I've decided it's time to name this feline. Morris comes to mind, that delightful cat called to dinner by the sultry voice of Dorothy Jordan. So Morris it is! I suspect he's dreaming of baskets filled with colored Easter eggs! Keep on stitchin.

It won't be long... Stop by the Cooperage and pick up a one of a kind Valentine. A red envelope is lined with a paper lace dollie and stuffed with a punch needle heart and sprigs with sweet annie! Punchneedle Valentine patterns are also available. Happy stitchin!

HAPPY STITCHERS

Yesterday was the first official PUNCH AND LUNCH CLASS at The Cooperage Studio. Here are the gals proudly displaying their projects. I love to watch how women come as strangers to stitch, to lunch, to share a part of themselves leave as friends. Keep on punching.

GOT TREATS?

Who could resist these two at your back door? Believe me when I tell you they are NEVER left outside alone (even though the yard is fenced) except when I come in to ready their food!

It's been a busy week at The Cooperage Design Studio. The News Graphics did a wonderful article that appeared on Thursday. Spool, a new needlecraft magazine featured one of my designs in their January issue. Punchneedle classes start next Saturday. I'm very pleased with the response, however a few spots are left, so if your interested please register soon.

Here's a peek at a little hooped up heart punchneedle project. I've started using Gentle Art's Simply Wool on small projects and love how it works up. More on that later.. Happy punching.
